i have been using shammies for quite some time now in lui of paper towels. Don't get me wrong... we also use rags (actually, we have "repurposed" our son's old burp cloths into rags for cleaning!) and there are times that I just don't think shammies will cut it, but for cleaning up water or a large liquid mess (which occurs often being a parent of a toddler!), shammies ROCK.
